How much does shipping cost?

UK orders - £3.99 STANDARD SHIPPING (2-4 working day)

                  - £5.99 TRACKED EXPRESS DELIVERY - (24-48 hours)

European - £12.99 - not including custom/duty fees. Please note we are not liable for any additional custom or duty fees.

When will my order arrive?

We aim to have you order despatched within 1-2 days, UK delivery time can be a further 2-3 days.

Unfortunately in some circumstances deliveries may exceed the times above by Royal Mail. Please allow 7 days(UK) or 2 weeks(European) before contacting Toby and Co regarding you delivery time.  

What happens if I'm not home for my delivery; 

If your parcel can fit through the letter box Royal Mail will deliver. If not they will leave a card on how to obtain your parcel 

Can i track my order? 

Yes, we will send you a tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched from our HQ. If you haven't received your tracking number please email; tobyand.co@outlook.com

What should I do if I haven't received my order?

Please allow 7 working day in the UK before contacting us via our email. European please allow 2 weeks before contacting us. If you have gone past the advised times here please email tobyan.co@outlook.com. We will reply as soon as possible giving you a full update on the situation.

Cancelltions

Please email tobyand.co@outlook.com to cancel your order within 12 hours of ordering. After 12 hours you will be unable to cancelled due to us processing orders as quickly as possible. Please email if you have any concerns.
